From Rosanna De Marco-Coxon (Chair of the PPC)
Hello fellow parishioners
I hope you all had a lovely Easter! First, on behalf of both St Thomas More and Immaculate Conception, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Father Michael for all his hard work during Lent and Holy Week. The Liturgy was beautifully led by Father Michael especially during the Triduum.
As we all know, Father is often performing a “balancing act” whilst trying to provide spiritual guidance to both our parishes. His efforts are greatly appreciated by all! WELL DONE FATHER!!
At the meeting Youth Homework Group was discussed more details in the Narthex. Thank you to both Claudia and Ana for their ongoing commitment to the youth.
Friday 16th to Sunday 25th June is “ARTBEAT” the Clarendon Park Community Arts Festival. More than 2,000 people attended the festival last year and this success and popularity means it is set to return with 70 events over five days.
This year St Thomas More Church is taking part. Teresa Burbela and Martin Wiselka are holding an event on Sunday 25th June in the Parish Rooms. Visit www.clarendonpark.net for more information regarding these and other items discussed, please see the draft Minutes available in the Narthex.
